Front Desk Clerk--Reports to Front Desk Supervisor and/or Manager/ Asst. Mgr. Provide efficient and friendly guest registration and check-out process for all guests. Knowledge and use of Westin/Brand Standards including hotel property and amenities offered to guests, to include hours of operation for outlets. Follow proper cash handling procedures. Credit check required to qualify for issuance of a hotel bank for daily use.
Hours: Hourly – non exempt. Full-time and part-time, hours may fluctuate based on business requirements.

Banquet Server--Reports to the Banquet Captain / Banquet Supervisor. This position requires the ability to follow directions well and to move with a sense of urgency without appearing to be rushed. This position will provide table and room set-up, including china, glass, and silver, buffet lines and etc. This position has the most direct contact with the banquet quests.
This is not a 9 to 5 position. Hours may be extremely early and/or late. Holidays are some of the busiest times for this position.
Hours: Hourly – non exempt. Full-time and part-time, hours may fluctuate based on business requirements

Bell Staff/Luggage Attendant--Reports to Bell Captain and/or Front Desk Mgr. /Asst. Mgr. Be in attendance at all times to all guests arriving or entering the hotel. Have a clear understanding of the hotel and its outlets and amenities, have an excellent knowledge of Huntsville and Bridge Street Towne Center, offer assistance not asking, “Do you need help”? Know and use Westin/Brand standards, monitor guest laundry drop off and return delivery to the guest, provide airport pick-up and delivery. Must have a clean driving record.
Hours: Hourly – non exempt – tipped. Full-time and part-time, hours may fluctuate based on business requirements.
